1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any services provided by w9ccc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this terms and conditions document. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a registered player and w9ccc as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using this platform and cancel your account immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Player Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Identity Requirements

The w9ccc platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. w9ccc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, to ensure compliance with this eligibility requirement. Any attempt to register by an individual below the required age is a serious violation of these terms.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to have one active account on w9ccc. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different details, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. w9ccc reserves the right to merge or terminate any duplicate accounts detected, including forfeiting any existing balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, mobile phone number, email address, and payment details. False or misleading information may result in account freezing and the loss of all funds held within it.

• Name must match your official identity card
• Mobile phone number must be active and reachable
• Email address must be your own and actively used
• E-wallet or bank account details must be in your own name

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

w9ccc supports a range of secure and standardised deposit methods to make your gaming experience easier. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

3.1 Minimum Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen. w9ccc does not charge any processing fees on deposit transactions.

3.2 Fund Verification

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name. Deposits received from third parties will not be processed and will be returned. w9ccc reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

4 Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your w9ccc account are subject to the following conditions, which must be fully met before a request is processed.

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Limit

The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM100. Requests below this limit will not be processed.

4.2 Processing Time

w9ccc processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour of receiving the request. This refers to the time required by the platform to approve and transfer the funds. Additional time may be required depending on the internal processes of the receiving financial institution.

4.3 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

For first-time withdrawal requests or after a prolonged period of inactivity, w9ccc reserves the right to request additional identity verification. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of your funds and compliance with the applicable international licensing regulations.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

w9ccc offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any bonus-related withdrawal can be made.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. Alternatively, if your deposit is RM2,200, the maximum RM1,000 bonus will be credited, your balance becomes RM3,200, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

5.2 VIP Programme

The w9ccc VIP programme consists of five tiers with varying weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players are upgraded based on their gaming activity. w9ccc reserves the right to review a player's VIP tier in accordance with the internal assessment policy in effect.

5.3 General Promotion Conditions

All promotional offers may not be combined unless stated otherwise. Bonuses are limited to one claim per player, per household, and per device. w9ccc reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse of the promotion system.

6 Game Rules

w9ccc offers a wide range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack, and other games supported by internationally licensed software providers. Each game category has specific rules available within the respective game interface.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final once confirmed by the platform server. Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted within 24 hours through the official w9ccc customer support channel.

6.2 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, w9ccc will review the server records and make a fair decision based on the available data. In situations where the game outcome cannot be conclusively determined, the bet will be returned to the player.

7 Player Responsibilities and Conduct

• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity

7.1 Responsible Gambling

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the specified period
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, w9ccc reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including bonuses and winnings linked to the offending activity.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

w9ccc provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous or error-free availability of this service. w9ccc is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Internet connection or device failures on the player's end
• Actions by third parties beyond the control of w9ccc
• Game outcomes that prove unfavourable to the player

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of w9ccc to any player is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

w9ccc reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes that take effect will be communicated to players via an in-platform notice or by registered email. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the legislation under the international licensing jurisdiction applicable to w9ccc.
